Squealing after installing LS2 TB
I have a H/C/I/E (MSD Manifold) C5Z , Just last weekend finished it up with LS2 TB and late model Water pump. Issue I have now is after engine is fully warmed (20min of driving or so ) i get this squealing noise that comes from the engine compartment (sounds like the driver side) , the squealing only happens when i'm crusing at 1.5k- 2.5k rpm (may be higher but i can't hear it over the exhaust) and you hear it mostly when the I let of the gas and let the rpm drop engine breaking . I replaced the belts and made sure everything was lined up so i know that belts are not an issue. You can't hear it below 1.5k rpm.
Pretty sure that its too much pressure in the heads. I kept the engine warmed and held the rpm's at 2k and heard the squealing, I then popped the oil filler cap off ( when i did with he engine running it sounded like a release of pressure) and tried to replicate it by holding the rpm's at 2k and nothing, no squealing sounded normal.
Has anyone had or heard of this issue like this with a N/A Motor (ported and polished 243's with a big cam and manifold). All the vacuum lines look correct, feel like the only way i'm gonna resolve his issue is to get a oil breather cap to help relieve the pressure when i'm driving.
Any thoughts?
Update : Thinking possible PCV Valve ?
Heres a video of the sound
and some photos
