Is my exhaust adequate???????????? 1 7/8" Grot LT's into 3" pipes, custom 3" Y, into a single 3" all the way back to the MagnaFlow. NO cats.
My engine on motor, and with a 200 shot.
Should I have a 4" pipe after the Y to the muffler?
How about a cut-out after the Y?

Change the Y collector to a 4" and run a short 4" pipe to a 3.5" or 4" cuttout. You're all set.
Your 3" single is NOT enough to show the full benefit of those headers nor is it ideal for the kind of power you're talking about.

So after the collectors should be 4" pipes merging into a Y, then the Y should taper down to a 3.5" pipe with a cut-out thereafter, then back to the muffler?
Can the whole thing just be 4" right off the collector all the way to the muffler?
