On my '55 Chevrolet LS 6.0 build I mounted my coils on brackets obtained from Ebay. I purchased spacers and bolts to mount the relocate brackets to the side of the engine block. I'll extend the wire harness and make up plug wires.

I am still in the process of my relocation. I am putting mine on the frame rails as well. I already have them mounted down there. But I will say to anyone relocating to the frame rail underneath and are NOT extending your factory harness. There is no way a 1' or 2' extension harness will be long enough. I bought a 3' harness and it's going to be very tight on the passenger side. Drivers side fits good. Not perfect but it will work. The passenger side however is going to be a doozy to make work. I would highly recommend a 4' extension harness that way you have plenty of slack to run the harness and tuck it nicely. Of course every install is a little different and a 3' may work for you but I would not even waste my time with a 1' or 2'. First 2 pics are of passenger side and 3 is of drivers side.

I spoke with Brian (LeftySS) and it looks like those valve covers are no longer made, part number 19156430.

He was very helpful and here's the part numbers needed for the relocation that he did:

Set of valve covers - see LSV01 from Clayton Machine Works - $285
MWC front bumper support brace - $200
Jaz products Overflow Tank 602-025-01 - $32
Coil pack relocation kit Michigan Motorsports - $145.99
MSD 34019 Spark Plug Wire 25 feet - $65
MSD 3304 boots and terminals (2) - $10, need 4 of these so $40 total
MSD 8850 boots and terminals (8) - $23.53
MSD 3503 crimp tool - $15
Black 1200° Spark Plug Wire Boot protectors (8) - $11
Optional if 1000hp+: LS9 coil 12611424 D510C - $416

So figure $532 + whatever valve covers you go with + $416 if you go with LS9 coils

On the Michigan Motorsports kit, make sure to check the wires at the plugs that go on the coils. They sometimes swap the wires and it could burn up a coil.
