Home made ram-air.
Ive never seen a setup in person, and cant get a good idea of what is needed from the pictures ive seen. Thanks. i cut the bottom of the airbox then i ran two 2.5" hoses from the front of the car into the radiator....
i trapped at 118 in the 1/4 with just boltons.....i have always wondered if this tubing that i did actually did anything..
there are two hoses..

Still damn impressive.

i've got 5 inch diameter piping running from the holes in my grill like the above posted pics up into the airbox, should dump a nice amount of air up there.
He's seen gains as much of as much as 2 tenths and 4 MPH over other Ram-Air Systems. Going through the front of the car like this will give the most air and the power will climb even higher the faster you go

Beware though as stated earlier the plate and system isn't for someone looking for a simple bolt-on though because you have to cut the support beam underneath the air box and remove the front bumper support to get it to work.
I'm thinking about fabbing up connector to mat a system like this up to any of the cold air systems out there (FTRA, SLP, etc.) so that cutting the support beam would be uneccesary. But Until I or someone else figures that out and markets it, this is probably the best bet
Quick question...does the AC condensor get in the way?
