Default Starting issues after cam swap

Hi,
Just went through a cam, heads, and torque converter swap and now I'm having issues starting the car. It's not tuned yet, but I would expect it to at least start.
The cam is a tsp v3 231/234.644 .598 111
The heads ported 243 63.5cc

As far as I can tell everything was plugged back in. If I'm forgetting some info that could help troubleshoot this issue please let me know.

Here is a link to the video, I couldn't attach it here.

Yep, the 0 is lined up with the dot. Rotated the motor a few times and the still lined up. Also ran a code check, no errors. I have fuel pressure checking spark now.

So checked the spark from my predator tuner and its showing 12.3 not sure if this checks all packs or just the voltage going to the coil packs. I don't have an extra person around to turn it over while grounding the plug.

Showing a tach signal?

BTW, there's a tune/diagnostic forum for these types of issues....

Tach signal is good.

I noticed it was the wrong section the next morning after posting. Mods feel free to move.

Are you getting fuel? I know I pulled my fuel pump fuse to run it dry before I started my swap so maybe double check there???

Sounds like startup air. If you have HPT you can fix it. If not, hold your pedal down while you start if you can get it to start and warm up it should finally hold idle. You might need to adjust throttle set screw if it's a cable throttle
