Default LS6 intake

I've got an LS6 intake on the way. Is there anything else I need to swap it over to my LS1? Guessing my fuel rails and injectors will swap right over to it.

fel pro gaskets, and a new oil pressure sending unit because you most likely will break your current one upon removal of the ls1

Lol it's still in one piece. I've got a different oil sender that works with my Dakota digital gauges.

Youll need LS6 coolant crossover and rear block offs, unless your going to mod for LS1 lines. Good time to do a LS6 valley cover also while your at it.

Does somebody sell them? What needs to be modded on the LS1 lines to make them work? Didn't think the intakes where shaped all that different. I'm new to all the LS stuff...so educated I'm getting!

Just need to break off the checkerboard on the underside of the intake manifold. Much better IMO than using the LS6 block offs.

Is there a reason for the valley cover swap?

Much cleaner PCV setup.... But it might require some grinding on the block.
