MAF broken need replacement.
I have a slp maf that was on the car when I purchased it.
It recently broke and I have to replace it. I read that I can replace it with a delphi af10043 85mm truck maf. My two questions are,
Can I use this maf as a replacement?and if so
Does anyone know the wiring adaptor kit I need to wire this maf in? Someone mentioned Casper's makes one but i'm not too sure which one to get. Thanks.

The adaptor mini-harness that was with the SLP MAF
would work with the generic 85mm Delphi, because it
is just that plus a 2.7Kohm resistor strategically
soldered on.
But without that resistor you'd need to edit the tune
and use an appropriate 85mm MAF table. I'd recommend
an '02 Silverado for low mods or an '02 Z06 table if you
have a cam etc.

I'm getting it retuned after the new maf. Already talked to my guy when we found the problem. Thanks for the info.
