Could this be my issue?
I swapped out O2's, retraced wires in the engine bay, did eveyrthing except the stupidly obvious which I will mention in a bit. I had eleminated all but the ecm itself. I have a 98 ecm and stand alone harness (v6-v8 swap) so finding a replacement ecm was iimpossible but had access to a 99 ecm for free I just had to repin the harness and thats pretty much where I stopped cause I had a kid and free time went out the window.
It recently hit me that my harness has its own fuse box, so I went through it and while nothing is labeled I did find a popped fuse (out of 7 fuses). So im assuming here. The battery is down and I need to get a replacement, but probably wont have the time to mess with it for a few weeks.
Not wanting to get my hopes up that I have solved my problem. My question is would the blown fuse cause the issue I am having or would it just keep the O2 from heating up? When I say reading lean it would only register around .250 Mv.
