Head Bolt Torque Question

I installed some ARP connecting rod bolts, and did a 2 step torque sequence, 20# and 40#, broke loose, again, loosened, and then final torque.

Question is, do I do the same with head bolts? ARP bolts, I did my first pass at 25#, 50#, and finally 70#, then torqued the small head bolts. I lost my instruction sheet (pretty sure my dad threw it away).

Also, what is the specific torque for the small head bolts?

Someone please clarify/confirm. Thanks in advance.

ARP head bolts are a 3 step sequence then you are done. The little bolts do not require much at all. I was thinking 15-22ft lbs off the top of my head.
