Default need help ls1 swap no spark on coil.

hello guys just did ls1 swap on my 70 camaro .yesterday tryed to start the car but no spark coming out from coil.the engine came out from lq4 truck and i put ls1 intake manifold.all wireharness is fixed and ecu is tuned.so like to know what and how should i test to get the spark?

Throwing any codes? Were VATS disabled? Using a stock MAF?

yes using stock MAF.its a swap on 70 camaro so dont have scaner to read code.on ecu there is one wire coming out for scaner but dont know how to use it.when i send the ecu to program the guy told me just plug it and it will work.

Can anyone tell me a how to flash the ecu I have seen there is only one wire coming out of the ecu for diagnose so please if anyone can help me.

The one wire goes to an OBD port. The OBD just needs constant 12v power, ground, and ECU signal.
