DMH electric cutout

Have owned one for a couple years, it's always been one of my favorite mods, it broke once and i was able to fix it. Broke again and I was worried about not hearing back from DMH based on what I had read from threads years ago. (Turns out he had family medical issues and wasn't able to work much).

Gave him a call, sent it in, and had a perfectly functioning unit returned within 1 week! Fantastic customer service, would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an electric cutout!

I'm glad you guys had good experiences with him. Maybe the guy has changed his ways. There are hundreds of unhappy people with his shitty customer service including myself.

im sorry you feel that way. Like i said i have never had any such experience and have yet to hear of any of it.
If you are speaking of past issues you do know he was going through medical problems right?
