Exclamation problem # 723453

the other day as i was driving i came up to a light a noticed something is vibrating under my car...i got under and checked all the bolts on the tranny and they are fine...the noise seems to be coming from the back end of the car and sometimes its worse than at other times...my car has lost a lot of low end and is misfiring pretty bad until around 2500 rpm...the pedal feels wierd..almost as if something was rubbing against it...i do not know if this is from the misfiring b/c of the cam or if this noise is related...i plan on getting the car tuned in a few weeks but i need to know if the feel of the pedal may be realated to the noise or not, and what exaclty is causing the noise..
