LS7 water pump compatibility

I've got a LS3 in my F-body, currently using a LS2 water pump. I was wondering what noticeable performance I'd gain by switching to the LS7 pump. It looks like so far as OEM pump efficiency, LS7>LS3>LS2>LS1.

But the LS7 has a 'flat' pulley, will that work with my F-body accessory drive or would I need to move my LS1 pulley onto the LS7 pump? If I lose the benefits of the reduced mass pulley I might not be interested.

There would be no difference, and you would have to swap the pulley out to the bell shaped pulley

I would just stick with the pump you have if you are not having any cooling issues. As far as performance gained from pump efficiency, I doubt it would be noticeable compared to other performance mods. I wouldn't swap pumps unless you are going with an electric pump...even then the difference is not very much.
