Default Bad O2 sensor?

My car is idling very rough on its cold starts. The car would idle rough every two or three days when the driver side cat went out. I got the cat gutted and the car then started idling good on cold starts. A few days passed and it starting idling even worse only on cold starts. After it reaches operating temperature the car runs fine. Doesn't stumble or anything like that after 10 minutes of struggling to warm it up.

I do get a check engine light at times but it goes away after driving it for a while. I cleaned the IAC sensor and MAF with carb cleaner and nothing, idles the same when cold.

Could this be the o2 sensor reading too rich due to it not having the driver side cat anymore?

Here are two videos from yesterday's cold start.

Why not have some place like Auto Zone read your check engine codes and go from there.
