Part Number for PCV Conversion Hose?

Part Number for PCV Conversion Hose?

Hey guys, I've spent hours looking through all of the conversion threads for ditching my broken PCV hoses in favor of the LS6 setup. I've got part numbers for everything, but can't find the number for this hose. I know that I can use 5/16 hose if needed, but wanted to check the pricing on the pre-formed hose form the factory first.
None of the threads that I checked listed the PN for this. One did, but it didn't pull up anything on GMPartsDirect.
