Thermostat problem So im i have a little bit of a problem on my 5.3 i have an fbody water pump on it and i went to get a tstat for it and i obviously got the wrong one. I found out the correct one for this pump is built into the neck. I have a cnc housing i would like to use because i have -20 coolant hoses and want it to point out straight. Which tstat would i be able to use?
Could you just use a meziere inline thermostat housing with that t stat you have there?

Something like this? They have a few different types. It's what I used with a race style meziere pump where the t stat doesn't attach to the water pump housing. I don't know how you want to run the lines but hope that helps.
