Ok so basically a Dynatech exhaust system will cost $1200+. I have heard Dyantech was one of the best and I like the way you lose no ground clearence what so ever with these LT headers. Howver are these header still worth this much money? I don't know anyone who owns some Dyantech exhaust products so I really don't have enough information in order to base an opinion.
Many F-car headers keep stock ground clearance other than a couple of notable exceptions.
Dynatech does make the FLPs, therefore Dynatech is not only responsible for FLP good points, but for the large number of problems FLPs have too. The old addage "You get what you pay for" does not fit these headers.
Coating is overrated. Snake oil to take your money.
Stainless is overrated. Rusts, but slower than mild steel... Strong, but brittle when heat cycled (headers are a part that goes through heat cycling from hell), so cracking should be expected before rusting. Mild steel will rust before cracking. Both will be on the car, doing their job, longer than you will own it.
