Question Gen4 5.3 in 4th gen Fbody swap..... wont crank?? Electrical??

So i just installed an 07 Gen 4 Iron motor in my 99 camaro SS.... motor and trans is installed.... wiring harness is in, all grounds are connected(from what it seems) brand new battery, brand new starter both test good! no sensors are connected, tried to crank the motor to build oil pressure before firing it, all i get is a click when i turn the key... the clutch switch is bypassed, the ignitions is fine, no vats issues, tried to crank the motor by hand to make sure its not froze up, turns very easily.... any ideas or opinions greatly appreciated as im running out of ideas and patience

If you hear a click that means the starter is engaging the flywheel. I would double check the battery and ground cables.
