PCV to intake hose

So as I pulled the motor from my car, I found that the PCV system had completely rotted. WHen I went to pull the valve off of the intake, the rubber hose that goes from the valve itself to the intake nipple tore.

I'm going to replace the system with the LS6 valley, but where can I get a replacement hose for the PCV to intake section without wasting my money on a whole new PCV hose set?

Edit: Just learned there are two types of LS6 valley. IS there any way for me to tell if I have a pre-2004 or 2004+? I bought it used from a member here on the forums nearly a year ago and it didn't list the P/N or what year it was.

The bottom side of the oil/air separator on the 2004+ style LS6 valley cover is all black with small holes, the old pre-2004 style is white/cream colored at the bottom.

is this what youre looking for? saw it on ebay, typed in "LS6 PCV hose"

^^^ The pic above is the hose for the '04+ style LS6 valley cover.
The earlier pre-2004 LS6 valley cover uses a similar hose but with a PCV valve inline with the hose.
Just FYI incase this is any help to someone.

The PCV valve hose for the pre-2004 valley covers is expensive. Cheapest I saw was 85. At that point you might as well get the post 2004 cover and clean up under your hood.

My "old" style (verified by part #) LS6 valley cover o/a separator was also black.
