Default Spark Plug Problem with Header Install

So 90% done with header install, have all my plugs back in except the 3rd back on the passenger side. I can't get it to thread. One of the plugs on that side had some spiraling of the plug when we pulled but can't remember if it was 2 or 3. What do I do now? Help please...

Anyone?? I know most of the options; reverse thread cutter or heli coil. I don't think Heli coil is an option in a 11:1 compression engine. Does anyone know if a thread cleaner would Make a difference ? I took a 9mm bore brush to it to no avail. I am super hesitant to start cutting threads? I would say it's a sign to buy heads but I just dropped 1k on SE header back dual exhaust and LS6 intake.

The plug broke off in the head or pieces are still threaded in the hole?

Get a small mirror and a very bright light and angle the mirror down there to see what the hole looks like. If it is bad, pull the head and fix or upgrade all.

No it's not broken, I think all of the pieces came out. Unfortunately my brother pulled it like 2 weeks ago and didn't think it was an issue.
