Default O2 Sensor Problems I Guess?

Car sputters on the highway bad .... Went and got the code and its PO155. Says its a "02 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction". Also says "Bank 2, Sensor 1". What is "bank 2, sensor 1"? Thanks.

Bank 1= Drivers side
Bank 2= Passenger side

Sensor 1= Precat
Sensor 2= Aftercat

Hope that helps you!

Sure does... Would that cause the car to sputter real bad? Thought it was the fuel filter. Had that changed in K.S. Missouri on my way to MN where i am now. Did it real bad last night. It will rev up fine but put it in gear and go on the highway it does it everynow and then.

Not sure on that one. I'd imagine it could though. Cause your cpu is probably getting messed up readings from it... So its possible.

I got the code p0135 a month after I installed LT's. It's the same problem as you, except the drivers side. It reset the CPU and a week later the SES light has not come back on.

I intermittently have been getting the 155 code for about 6 months. Should not affect performance AFAIK. Still a PITA having to reset the light, though. BTW, I've logged the O2s at cruise and at WOT and they seem to be performing normally.
