Weird Noise just started
2002 Z28 M6. 17K miles. NO PULLEY (ASP etc running stock pulley)
I noticed yesterday when shifting at low rpm in town that whenever I press the clutch pedal in I hear a squealing sound that you can hear slow down as the engine slows down. I don't know if it does it at WOT or not cause i can't hear it over my exhaust.
Any thoughts?? Clutch?? I just got a Pro 5.0 w/ LSS and I was messing around and banging a coupla hard 1-2 and 2-3 shifts chirping the tires.
Thanks.
This may sound weird, but check the connection that goes from the passenger side head to the top of the throttle body. Mine was almost disconnected, and I was getting the same symptoms that you have..
Good Luck
Thanks
Is this bad??? Will it mess up anything important?? Should I take it to the dealer since it's an 02 w/ 17k miles on it??
Thanks.
