Busted fast intake

Has anyone ever busted a 78 or 90mm fast intake from a turbo or nitrous backfire?

Probably easier to just buy a Dorman ls2. I think if you buy one from autozone or oreilleys they might give it a lifetime warranty lol

I'm running a Vic jr with a 4150 now but I have a fast90 the broke during shipping. I figured someone who has a broke one might comment and have a top shell at a decent price.
