Help!! Accidentally bought ls3 valve covers

Bought a set of what I thought was stock ls1 valve covers but got to looking and they are stock ls3 valve covers. Will they work on my ls1??? Bought them because I'm going to cut the bosses off and relocate the coils.

Also I'm installing trick flow 220 heads. Will the ls3 covers work?

not sure about the 220 heads, but I remember reading somewhere that LS1 valve covers wont clear LS3 rockers, so I can only assume LS3 will clear LS1

Thank you I guess I'll just wait and see. Hope they work because I'm putting a lot of work into redoing the cover. Fingers crossed.
