What fuel setup does anyone with a built motor run?

What fuel setup does anyone with a built motor run? I know this is in the wrong area but most other locations don't get the traffic this one does.
Curious as to what fuel setup people with built LS motors are you running and what's the benefit of switching from just a stock in-tank setup. I'm running 470whp on a Mustang Dyno N/A but have a 200 shot that could be hooked up someday currently have a bad nitrous solenoid.
I'm currently running just an Aeromotive Stealth 340 return-less setup. But just curious as to what everyone runs, likes, and why.
Also what kind of fuel pressures are you guys seeing at the rails like on a FAST Billet rail?
