Best Place To Get A Fast 102 Ported?
I'm not far off now I believe 415 on a mustang dyno after the fast 102/102, 4" coupler and FTP 104mm lid converted to speed density but no other tuning for the new mods was at 14:1 AF. After tuning and an ewp est 430 on pump 93 and 440 on race gas
From my personal experience I have never seen the gains that some claim on here with any of the Fast intakes on here ported or not. My one buddy who does tuning for a living went from a stock LS6 intake to a ported Fast 102 and gained 1 mph at the track. Same track and very similar conditions. He has a basic heads and cam LS1 setup as well. Another guy I talked to went from a stock LS6 intake to a ported 92 and gained 9 hp on his cam only LS1. Same dyno one week apart. I never measured my gains with my Fast 92 so i cant comment on that. I'm not doubting some of claims out there, it's just that I've never personally seen it.

Your experience sounds about the same as the impression I have after observing results from two correctly calibrated DynoJet's with 346/347 displacement LS1/LS6 engines. The numbers seemed to get a bit better as the displacement increased with LSX 427/454's showing better/best gains from said intakes. Ported intakes (even big names) didn't deliver big 25-35+ hp gains on stock displacement LS1 / LS6 builds even with outstanding heads etc based on the graph.
There may have been other limiting factors, like the owner saying they followed the recipe and making a small change that comprised the results.
