Default 2002 ls1 tapping/lose of power

Ok so here it goes,

I have completed a 67 c10 2002 ls1 conversion. I am having a few different promblems but I think they are all related. Upon start up, everything is perfect but once the the engine builds temp a loud tapping sound becomes very apparent from the passenger side exhaust. Also once this tapping sound begins the motor has an obvious miss and runs like crap. Like spark is arching somewhere and tinging threw the headers. I have closed the garage door and killed the lights while the truck is running and can't see any arch. Replaced plugs, wires, and coils but the problem is the same. Any suggestions?

Are you sure that the plugs are tight? I had a couple plugs not tight enough and they'd leak under load.

Spark plugs are tight, I actually broke one by over tightening it

Ok so I figured out the tapping. Ended up being a brand new faulty coil pack! Stole one off of my ss and runs good.
