This powerbond done for? Purchased this off a member on here. Winter has been brutal so I haven't done much with my project but decided to clean up this balancer because I was bored when I noticed this. You can feel all of these with your fingernail and they encompass the entire thing all the way around. I doubt this is normal but i figured I would ask.

Figured as much. I bought it about a month ago (shame on me for not checking it out but I figured better of the seller). I checked it out real quick but didn't examine the hub all that much. I contacted the seller to see if he will do the right thing. Thanks
