power steering pully ?

I am putting a LQ4 in a G body--I am using LS1 front accessiories . I need a LS1 power steering pump. I have the lq4 pump. My ? is will the pulley from the LQ4 line up right on the LS1 pump or do I need the LS1 pulley also? Thanks --Lee

To be absolutely sure I would use the LS1 pulley.

This is correct, so that you retain the correct spacing ("middle" in this case). The LQ4 pulley is out too far from the front of the engine. It uses "truck" spacing. If you're wondering, "close" spacing is what's used on Corvettes.
