LS6 intake cleaning?
Dawn dishwashing liquid does a pretty good job. I usually spray down the intake with purple power or some other degreaser first. Let it sit for while and then rinse it off. After that, I use a few different brushes with the dawn solution. A flexible brush or baby bottle brush works great for the intake runners. Rinse and let dry. Good luck.

Get a Rubbermaid tub big enough to fit the manifold in. Put the manifold in it and fill it with hot water and Purple Power. Zip tie your compressed air blow gun handle open and place it in the bottom of the tub under the manifold. Put the cover on and let it "boil" for several hours or until clean. Did this with my LS6 manifold and it worked excellent.
I soaked it in a big plastic bin with hot water and dawn. then scrubbed the runners with a long skinny flexible bristle brush that i found in the toilet cleaning area of my local Lowes or Home Depot. Came out clean after a rinse.
