ASR/Cruise activating at idle?

ASR/Cruise activating at idle?

I recently installed a NW 92mm tb and I'm not sure if it's related but now when I turn my key to the on position I hear two clicks from the asr module. After starting the car the low Trac light comes on and the asr motor starts going nuts. Any idea what would cause this? Is a cable out of adjustment?

Got a scan tool? Any other electronics not plugged in? Double check fuses?

No codes. Nothing unolugged. It does it on start up then settles down. But if I blip the throttle it will do it again for about 30 seconds. Can't see how the new tb would be related but it started immediately after the install. Tried adjusting the throttle cable but didn't help
