The shop I go to is pretty decent just as long as they aren't busy cause they always get the "helper" mechanic to try welding lol... Last time he did I went from having a small muffler leak to basically dangling at the hanger lol

So far so great! Intake is installed, coils are back on and the car just needs to get the remaining hoses for the pcv setup. I have a few open ports I'm lost on what they go to ( both ports for driver side valve cover and rear passenger valve cover).
So few questions:
1. The ls6 pcv has a small rubber hose coming off, I installed it on the front, where does it go to?
2. On the rear driver side, there's a hole/gromet there, can I block it off or do I need to run a hose to it.

There's 2 ports on both valve covers... What do they go to?

Is the bottom port for the HVAC?

Trying to go strictly off memory here. Vent hose goes to drivers front. Drivers rear and passenger rear come together in a T and run to the front of the engine along the passenger side. The pcv valve was in that line and it connects to the intake.

The threads on catch cans have diagrams and better info.

So far I have the ls6 coolant line going directly into the driver side of the to. The pcv valve is connected to intake going back to the valley cover. Passenger front going to top intake on passenger side... Still trying to find a place for front throttle body port and a plug for the rear driver side valve cover

That has a decent breakdown of the ls6 pcv set up. It has a few part numbers that could help

Something to hold until monday
Pretty sure I followed it correctly

Got the plug and passenger rear blocked to.
Tried to make sure I followed it to everything... I some how managed to lose my HVAC hose... Not sure if it's necessary at this moment (heat or air isn't a issue right now...) But I just got a few more bolts for the coil packs and she's good to go! Hope for the best...

So far so good! Muffler adds a nice tone but it's still loud!!! Hopefully routing through my lm1 catback pipes will deaden it a lil. Unfortunately my neighbor didn't seem too enthused as I was, but to each their own. I have a leak that I'm trying to figure out if if i it's transmission fluid or coolant that's pouring down the Bell housing. Maybe one of my block off plugs aren't tightened all the way.

Did you use new gaskets under the crossover pipe and block offs? My original ones seemed fine until I moved the line a bit and next thing I knew they were damp against the block and there was a puddle on the ground the size of a basketball. When I pulled the line to change gaskets 1 was flattened and stuck to the pipe so well that I thought it was missing and put the new gasket over it. I didn't realize they were stacked until I put the pipe back on and noticed it was sitting too high lol

Oh damn... I think I got too excited and ahead of my self, that part I didn't do... Sounds like I'm pulling everything off again tomorrow to do those block off and front crossover. BTW, where can I get the hose for the HVAC since I deleted my air and I think discarded the old hose in the process?

Took car to muffler shop, bad news.. for them lol. Guy that worked on my Loudmouth install doesn't work there anymore... Some newer guy basically told me that putting a resonator/muffler in the tunnel is unheard of and that he's never seen it done. Also stated that I need a special kit from magnaflow to even try to get it to fit since I switched to 3 in pipe. Since they don't have it/won't wrldit, I'm sure someone else wouldn't mind taking my money... Any body self install with just clamps?

Well results are in... Went to IFO today, had everything setup (tune by Diablo ((thank you Lew)), nitto 555r 275/40/17, pulled junk out of trunk and mid speakers/panels and the amp (still need fronts so the trip wasn't boring). GF brought tires down separate so I didn't ruin them on the highway.

2 years ago I ran a 15.2 (search "slow Ls1" thread) I posted on here lol... But this year I got it down to 14.3 (sad still)... But it's an improvement! 60ft was 2.3, really need to work on take off so I don't spin so much, but I was trapped at 98mph. Not sure if it's decent but if it's better than last time, I'm happy.

Not sure when I'll be able to start again since the closest 1/4 is still almost an hour away, but we will see. I know it's cheesy but thanks everyone for the help and information provided, feedback/tips would be greatly appreciated on launching my A4 into the mid 13s
