Depends. Depends on the amp rating of the alternator. Truck and SUV vehicles with a lot of electronics have a larger capacity alternator and I think the alternator on my LM7 can pump out in the vicinity of 130 amps at high RPM.
The voltage regulator on mine regulates to around 14.4 volts DC at idle until the fans turn on and then it drops to 14.2 VDC. But the question you are asking is missing several variables - amps for one and how many watts of electrical power are you consuming. Some simple math - volts x amps = watts . . . can assist you here.
