5.3 with ls3 heads??

I have a short block 5.3 gen 3 I'm planning on swapping into something and have a set of ls3 heads and intake should I run these whats your guys intake

Won't work AT ALL. LS3 heads MUST go on a block with AT LEAST 4" bore, which the 5.3L does NOT have.

Sell the 5.3 and go 6.0 or sell the LS3 heads and buy a set of 243s/799s.

LS3 heads will work on any 6.0 engine. Depending on what your goals are, the 243/799 heads will be better for low end/midrange power, LS3's for midrange/top end. This might be overgeneralizing.
What will this engine be doing? Telling us your goals for this engine will go a long way towards any of us advising you on this build.

Oh ok not to sure what Ima be doing but good to know whats pros and cons
