Where 2 Vac Lines plug in?

Default Where 2 Vac Lines plug in?
2001 LS1

Putting back together after intake removal. Driver side along fuel rail is vacuum "thing" 2 lines go to it. Does it matter with port the vacuum lines plug into?

one of those Vac lines comes from behind intake....other comes from little canister close to this vacuum thing.
