Anyone have experience with this intake? I recently was browsing Ebay for a used LS6 Intake and came across this and couldn't find much on this particular Intake. How does it compare to an LS6 or a BBK intake?
I've never seen that before. Looks like an aluminum cast of an LS6 intake. Seems like it would be best for a forced induction intercooled set up. Don't think you would want that kind of heat for the intake air on a N/A.
If the picture is correct its only a 3-bolt throttle body (might mean a small diameter intake like the stock 78 mm). I'm interested to know more about it for ***** and giggles.
buyer beware, according to some folks this casting is very rough, the runners aren't deburred...but if you are getting it really cheap, then it'd be worth it with a little sweat equity/cleaning it up.
