Default P01, 0411, P59, operating systems, segment swaps

I have a 2002 Silverado. Hardware says P01, Gen 3. OS says 12212156. I've also added 2 bar with RTT. All I want to add is Flex fuel. Are there multiple OS's within the P01 hardware? Some threads say I could get a 12216125 OS. Supposedly has a 2 bar limit with RTT. But I'm fine with it because I don't believe my engine would last long with much higher boost anyways. Also I'm finding that there are two P59's. One for cable throttle bodies and one for wired throttle bodies. Cabled throttle bodies being harder to find. Also P59's supposedly don't allow RTT. So can I use my P01-12212156 and write over with the 12216125 to get what I want or do I need to find a P01-12216125 and start there? And also when the change comes and I rewrite will I have to start fresh with the tune? Meaning am I going to loose my current tune I have built so far.

There is a local pick and pull or multiple salvage yards around so its not a problem if I have to go pull some parts. I will probably go anyway to get the flex fuel sensor and however much harness I can get out.

Also on the actual ecm under the hood, will it say on the box which OS it is or something I can reference to so I make sure I'm getting the correct one?

Also when doing this, should this donor tune-vehicle be the same actual vehicle with same trans, rearend etc...? Or do people just use the compare file and start copying over?
I will also be installing a 4l80e transmission at a later date.
