Rebuilding a 383 LS1. It will have 11:1 CR. No power adder. What heat range and gap has anyone used with this please?

NGK TR-55 @ .050 or .045 is popular after GM revised gap from .060 to .045 many years ago.

My LS1 383 w/11.3 to 1 CR, NGK TR-6 @ .045 works great.

I use 5245 Autolites set at .40. For hotter motors, FI, or high compression use a 5243.
