Lm7 ls6 intake swap issues

Lm7 ls6 intake swap issues Hey guys just wondering if i could have a little input, so i have a 03 sierra with the 5.3 lm7 in her. I just swapped out the stock intake and fuel rails for the ls6 intake and aluminum fuel rails. She started up just fine but i didnt have water pump spacers so the belt slipped off and melted a hole in the intake coupler. So i got spacers and a alternator and powersteering relocation brackets, (had to extend the alternator connector but they are soldered good) and now she will start fire a few times and die out. I have already replaced the fuel pump and the maf is new but could it be a fuel pressure issue since the aftermarket rails dont have a regulator? I also had to replace my ecu a few months ago so by lengthening the alternator connector could vats could have kicked back in? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
