Pace setter LTs,
FM 3” Y merge, dynomax 3” pipe all the way out back

So I replaced a single chamber bullet muffler with a 4x9” casing 3” in/out magnaflow & the car is nearly factory quiet!

I had a single 3” magnaflow before with unknown miles and it much louder at wot but I can barely hear this one even at wot.

Anyone know sound of magnaflow gets louder over time?

I have the magnaflow and I added LTs this winter. First drive yesterday and I’ll say it’s not much louder than before which really surprised me.
Im happy about that but I don’t get the sense you are. Hope this info helps.

Magnaflow gets louder each time it gets hot and cools for a week or two then it mostly stays same. The packing blows out eventually and get gets a bit louder over years time.

Mine used to sound like a nascar at wot before the turbo install. Mine is old I would imagine all the packing is gone. But like he said it gets louder over time. I never had any drone or rasp In cabin very quiet at cruise. After turbo install with windows up my nephew thought the engine had shut off it was so quiet at a cruise.

I don't think they will get to much louder over time they are just on the quieter end of Mufflers. I ditched mine for Spintechs car was just way to quite with the Magnaflows.
