No Crank

No Crank I'm having a no crank issue on my 98 Trans Am.
It was working fine one day, and the next, was not.
A couple of things i have done so far:
-Changed the starter with a used one i had on hand, no change,
-I also bench tested both starters and they both engage and are in working order.
-I can take out the starter relay and manually jump started the car with the ignition on.
-Changed the fuses around with known working fan fuses, no change.
-Changed the electrical ignition switch with one i bought at AutoZone. No change.
-Its not a VATS issue as I did the Resistor Mod about 7 years ago. I disconnected the resistors and the SECURITY light started to flash, so I'm guessing that it is still in working order.
-Checked signal at the starter. Im guessing since I started it Manually via the fuse block, theres power.
So basically, I'm lost and need Help lol.

Did a little more digging and I think I am not getting 12v to the purple signal wire to the starter.
I pulled out the cable and probbed it closer to the ecu and still do not get any voltage reading. Ignition relay appears to be in working order.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
