1997&1998 Perimeter bolt valve covers Hello,
I am new to this group...thank you for letting me join. I have a 1997 or 1998 LS1 and the valve covers has perimeter bolts hold them on,
not the center bolts. Does anyone make aftermarket valve covers with the perimeter bolt pattern. Thanks

Welcome to LS1Tech! I can’t say I’ve ever seen a set of aftermarket covers for the perimeter heads. GM didn’t make a ton of those castings early on therefore making it unlikely that the aftermarket saw a need to spend the money to put anything into production. Of course I could be dead nuts wrong and they are out there...
