Coolant hose from radiator to intake. Bypass mod

Has anyone found a molded type hose to go from radiator to intake crossover to do a throttle body bypass without having to use a reducer barb and extra hose clamps? It would look much nicer. The radiator side is 5/8 and the crossover is 1/4 I believe.

I searched for weeks to locate a single molded hose but had no luck. I ended up buying 3' each of 3/8, 5/16, & 1/4" fuel line and some brass adapters to play with. My aftermarket radiator side took a 3/8" and the steam vent took 1/4". I used a brass barb adapter between the two hose sizes along with constant tension clamps. You could also try a 5/16" hose, tighten it extra tight with a worm clamp on the steam vent side, and ream it out a little on the radiator side. I also read that fuel line can get hard over time as a reaction to coolant, and silicone hose is better. So I bought similar lengths in 1/4" & 3/8" silicone from Amazon. But the only color I could find in those sizes is a garish orange so I didn't install it.

97 LT1 car.. Gmt800's. Why do you need molded? With a lil extra slack, you'll never have t pinched or kinked. If it collapses; well, that's a different page.

Because the ends need to be different sizes

the hoses are different sizes.....may be why you cant find one hose....those kits you find for sale always have a barb with the right sizes

I used my Dremal to enlarge the hose inner diameter until I was able to get the hose on the radiator. Took a little patience and repetitive test fitting but worked well.

finally got around to installing this gates 18135 for my TB Bypass mod. the 90degree bend is on the large diameter end for the rad filler neck. and I cut the small end down by 5 inches to leave plenty of slack without looping the extra. still have to secure it away from the belt and fill my cooling system. But I'm fully confident this is a better solution than multiple clamps and reusing two 20yr old 100k mile hoses. there's some vendors selling hoses that have a j hook end for more money that fit the 6.0l GTO but that is not the one. you want the extra long one with a 90deg end.gates specifications (from eBay add ~$20 at time of posting):

Centerline Length (in): 34.2"
Inside Diameter 1 (in): 0.25"
Inside Diameter 2 (in): 0.38"
Temperature rating: -40F to 275F (-40C to 135C) in coolant hose applications
