Good day, I have a 1956 Chevy with Gen III 5.7 LS1, figure it is from 1999 or 2000. Will be relocating the coils and changing the valve covers to give the engine compartment a somewhat traditional 1956 appearance. There are 2 lines that I would like to remove or relocate for a cleaner look. On the right (passenger) side of the intake is a vacuum line going from the throttle body to the valve cover. The second line is on the left of the intake, just behind the throttle body and goes to the PCV valve in the left valve cover. I must say the car runs perfectly and I really don't want to change that so I am considering alterations to the new cast aluminum valve covers to keep these lines in place but I'm curious if others have had success relocating them.
