Intake Question sup guys. i want to get a Volant air intake for my 99 z28. I noticed that the trans am intakes used Two filters at the front, and the camaro uses on big filter. I like the look of the dual filters, so would the trans am intake bolt right up to the front of my Z? since it is the same motor. Thanks guys

I wouldn't get a Volant, I'd only get a lid with a K&N (or stock) filter personally.

no the volant intake is setup like a fipk. except the filter for the camaro's is a big single filter, the one for the ta's is a dual filter. i will have to post a link. it is a whole new setup. search for it on yahoo. Volant ls1 intakes. i will post a link soon. thanks

DTYSON, I am tryingto sort out which intake i want to go with. Since you are selling yours, I wonder what you thought of it. Did it help with performance? noticable? Installation issues? Any comments. also, why are you getting rid of yours?
