Default Quick header help...how do you remove the O2 sensors from the stock y-pipe?

I just removed the stock y-pipe and I could not get the O2 sensors out of their locations. How do you do it? Using a wrench and some penetrating oil? Need help asap. Thanks!

I don't know if penetrating oil is a good idea. If it gets on the bulb of the o2 sensor, it might destroy it. I took them out while the y-pipe was still on the car so I had some leverage. Then again my car is an '02 and the pipes weren't as rusted as yours might be, being a '99 and all.
