Default Fast Intake Repair. Hoping someone can help.

When I was taking off the fuel rail one of the brass threaded inserts started spinning. I needed to drill the bolt out to remove the fuel rail. So now I have a small part of the bolt sticking out of the insert.

Prior to removing the rail I tried to pull on it hoping it would come out and it didn't.

I did a search online and saw some were suggesting that it should be heated up to melt the surrounding plastic. Is that how to do it?

Should I buy a heavy duty solder gun to heat up the brass? Does anyone know where I can get the brass insert?

Thanks
