Alternator question What’s up guys I have an lm7 5.3 truck engine and bought the ict billet low mount driver side alt bracket and am also using the little bracket that bolts on the side of the block. I have a terminator x and bunch of others so I was assuming a 160amp alt? Can you guys tell me what alt to look up or vehicle on rock auto that bolts to that bracket ?? Thanks

Can't say about that bracket setup specifically; but if the brackets fit trucks that came w electric fans, then the alt for about a 2006 will fit them, and is good for 145A or so. You can also find it for earlier years with RPO code KG3.
Somewhere on this site or performancetrucks.net 00pooterSS has a writeup on it. Not that there's much to write up; for most years you unbolt the one and bolt on the other. The plug even plugs in. Whether that will happen with whatever wiring you have in whatever year of whatever vehicle with whatever year LM7, is possibly a different matter.
