Intake questions! I’ve got a stock bottom end 00 LS1. I put 243 LS6 heads and had them CNC’d by a local shop, 42# BTR injectors, BTR stage 3 cam, 1 7/8” speed engineering headers and 3” true duals. I currently have an LS6 intake. When tuned it pulled 1” of vacuum on the top end. Stock air bellow, throttle body and SLP lid. Would it benefit enough to go with a 102mm FAST intake, throttle body, air bellow, 85mm blade style MAF and 104mm lid? Or should I just keep the ls6 intake and do the throttle body, MAF, bellows and lid? Don’t want to waste money if it isn’t necessary or won’t make enough of a power gain to justify the extra money.

There will be decent gains that you can grow into in the future as well. I'd expect around 20-25 like stated above. It's expensive to go fast NA. You could possibly have better gains since you have ported heads.
Stock LS6 longblock swap in my '98 Z28. With the LS6 intake and ported stock TB, I put down 385 RWHP. I swapped over to the Fast92 with Nick Williams 92mm TB and put down 400 RHWP. You may see more than my 15 RWHP gains with ported heads and bigger cam, but those are real world LS6 numbers to base your decision on... Oh, and I was on Hoooker shorty headers with stock cats for both of those tests...
