I just received Borla 14780 Catback Quad Exhaust.
As I began to put in together on the floor, I saw that two sections did not want to go into each other smoothly or at all.
I have pictures. The muffler is the one, the entrance and exit pipes off the muffler are not able to go in due to one being flat and the other being the same size.
All the other sections fit on smoothly. Even the right tips are ok. Just those two sections. I spoke to Borla who suggested but I'm not sure he quite understood me, said to take it to a shop but they won't need to bend it?
I wanted to simply do it myself and save the money.
Should I just get a connector or coupler and reduce the length so as to fit them on?
...by chance is that the kit that sold on eBay last month for $275 +shipping? I watched it go through several cycles with no bids, and thought about buying it, but I've got a new one in the box already sitting here that I already paid waaay more than that for...
